Looking to host a special event? Our facility is the perfect place for weddings, parties, and anniversaries. You can decorate the space however you like to create the perfect atmosphere for your event. A $100 deposit is required to reserve the space. Contact us today to learn more!
These Are The Terms
- I am solely responsible for the facility during the period of my use.
- I will ensure that all of the rules and guidelines are followed by everyone involved and those attending the activity.
- I am responsible for ALL clean-up and /or damage following my use of the facility. I have paid a $100.00 refundable deposit. The deposit will be refunded providing all clean-up and/or damages have been taken care of, upon inspection of the facility after my use of them.
- No alcohol or drugs allowed on the premises. (This includes storage sheds across the road, parking lot and parsonage driveway.)
- No smoking, vaping, or use of tobacco products inside the building.
- No bands or disc jockey.
No gambling of any kind. - If for whatever reason you remove anything from the wall or floor space, you are 100% responsible for removing it and returning it to its original places.
- Never scheduled on Sundays.
- Should a member of the congregation need the facility due to a death, they have priority. You may reschedule. Deposit will be refunded or applied to rescheduled date.
- With the exception of toilet paper and paper towels, all paper products for your event must be provided by you. Serving platters, serving utensils, and ice from the ice machine is provided at no extra cost.
- You will be expected to leave the Facility as you found it. You may use the cleaning supplies found in the utility closets.
- There is no cost to rent the building but a deposit of $100.00 is required at the time of reservation. Deposit will be returned after your event and inspection.
